I designed a web-based channel manager aimed at local hosts, with a special focus on Goa and beyond. The goal was to streamline managing properties across platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Agoda—all in one place.

Key features:

• Unified calendar sync and pricing management for all major platforms.

• A smart onboarding flow, optimized based on competitor pain points.

• Prevention of duplicate bookings with intelligent property listing logic.

We finalized the MVP by hitting all milestones in our PRD. Great UX was essential, not a bonus. We ensured hosts could manage local pricing with confidence, and when the experience met our vision, we knew it was ready to empower local hosts!
